What's the difference between the 3 types of single rooms? |

Type A is equipped with a single bed and is a simple room. Some rooms of only the type A are nonsmoking ones. If you wish a nonsmoking room, please notify us at the time of your reservation.
For the type B we prepared the rooms on the fifth and sixth floor, so that they get more sunshine. Besides, these rooms are equipped with larger (semi-double) beds.
Type C has not only larger bed but is also equipped with a useful closet. Besides, the room and bathroom of this type are larger that those of the others, so that you could relax better.

Do you have a luggage delivery service? |

Yes, and you can pay any time you want, either on order, or on arrival. |

Is there a price discount, if I want to stay longer than a week? |

We could prepare a weekly rental condominium for you.
You would then save for a week ¥2,000/day.

Twin room type B is equipped with an extra bed. If you notify us at the time of the reservation, it is possible for three persons to use a room.

How much costs a parking lot? |

It's free of charge. (Also a truck can park there - just ask our staffs.) |

I'd like to know the charge rate in the case of a cancellation. |

No show: 100%, cancel on the day of arrival: 80%, cancel on the previous day: 20%, cancel before the previous day costs nothing. Therefore we recommend you to inform us of your cancel rather earlier. |

Would a guest receive a fax, if I send you a fax to the fax number of the hotel? |

Before you send the fax, please either write down the date and the name of the recipient, or call us short beforehand. We'll then keep the fax and hand it over to the guest. |

In every room. If you bring your notebook PC, it's free of charge. Otherwise you can rent a notebook at the reception.

If you reserve early enough on the phone, we can prepare the room for you. It could also be eventually impossible according to the reservation status. Thank you for your understanding. |

Hot Coffee, bread and fruits are ready from 7 to 9 o'clock in the morning. You can take it to your room. Please enjoy it according to your time plan. |

There are full-automatic washing machines free of charge. Lots of long-term guests find it very good.
There is a large TV in the lobby. You could look at, for example, sports program with it. Lobby is also a good place to talk or to wait.
You can also reserve a golf game at the reception. (Oarai Golfclub, Shishido Hills) It could be, though, that no place is available according to the reservation status. |

It is on the second floor, where you can open an exihibition, celebrate a party, give a lecture etc. You'll have discounted charge for the room if you reserve the conference room. |

Until when should I check in? |

You should check in till 24 o'clock on the day of your arrival. If you are arriving later, please inform us earlier, so that we can arrange your check in on time. |
